Cherry whistle TERMS & CONDITIONS of sale

All items of cherry whistle wedding stationery is individually hand-worked. This is a specialist craft.
Your designer needs time to source materials and make each exclusive wedding stationery item.
Do not make things difficult by delaying your information.
Please appreciate the time and hard work your designer puts in to your exclusive wedding stationery items.

Cherry whistle requires a minimum of 10 months prior to the event

£25 deposit is required upon customers placing an order with the understanding that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances

The customer is required to pay the remainder of the balance in four instalments.
Each instalment being made at key stages in the design and make-up process of the customers wedding stationery.
Each of these instalments are as follows:

1.Sourcing material nearest the customers bridal colours
and ordering stock required to make the customers exclusive wedding stationery.

2.Measuring and cutting the components of the customers exclusive wedding stationery.

3.Assembling all the different elements of the customers exclusive wedding stationery.

4.Instalment 4 needs to be paid four weeks prior to collection
as this is the time we allocate for the inserts to be printed with the customers unique details
and then attached to the customers exclusive wedding stationery.

Each instalment is non-refundable after certain dates-you will be advised of this on your invoice-

The customers remaining stationery can be collected a few days prior to the event.
Arrangements for collection will be made providing the customer has given cherry whistle all the information required in plenty of time
otherwise the customer will be left disappointed,and with unfinished items.

FAILURE TO KEEP UP WITH PAYMENTS WILL RESULT IN DELAYS
as we are not in a position to move onto the next key stage

CHERRY WHISTLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY CONTRACT IF CUSTOMER PAYMENTS ARE NOT MET or if customers fail to provide cherry whistle with information when required and no refund will be given

It is in the customers best interest to order plenty of stationery items when required to provide this information
or the customer will incur a SHORT-NOTICE-FEE for any extra items of wedding stationery or favors required thereafter.

SHORT-NOTICE-FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
In addition to the cost of the wedding stationery item a charge of £1 per extra wedding stationery item will be incurred
or£25 whichever is the greater amount

However ,there is no guarantee cherry whistle can make additional wedding stationery items at short notice if resources do not allow.
The customer will be advised of this and it will be the customers responsibility to make other arrangements.

FREE Consultations are available in Fraserburgh where we operate.
Alternatively,consultations can be conducted via email & telephone at special request (£25 up front fee is required for this alternative service but this will be later deducted from the balance should you place an order with cherry whistle)
All collections of customer wedding stationery must be made in Fraserburgh.

No adjustments can be made to the design after 28 days of agreeing to the design.
Cherry whistle owns the design in its entirety and must not be copied or sold-on or legal action may be pursued.

The customer must check and sign all insert proofs prior to them going to print.
cherry whistle is not responsible for any mistakes found on any stationery items after the declaration on the proof form has been signed.

Any replacement inserts required will incur a charge of £2 per extra insert
Or
Any inserts that are printed directly onto any stationery item will include full item price in addition to £2 per replacement insert
or £50 whichever is the greater amount.

The customer needs to pay £50 deposit for the hire of a Table plan stand
£40 of this will be refunded upon prompt return of the Table plan stand in good condition.

By prompt cherry whistle means within 48 hours after the event-
Every day over this the customer will incur a charge of £2 per day up to a maximum of 10 days.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN THEREAFTER and a bill for recovery will be sent to the customer.

The customer must register the Table plan stand out and in.

Please consider other brides and grooms who are awaiting the hire of a Table plan stand, we appreciate you returning within the specified time.
